Interior Painting

Before we begin any interior painting project we recommend that you remove any breakable, fragile and important items from all areas that will be painted. Unless we are painting new construction and are unable to have the luxury of spraying all painting will be done by rolling and brushing.

Step 1:

Move all furniture and securely cover with plastic or drop clothes as necessary.

Step 2:

Remove all switch plate covers and window coverings as necessary.

Step 3:

Mask and cover flooring.

Step 4:

Dust, wash and sand as necessary; generally any surface with a sheen will be sanded and washed with TSP to assure proper adhesion.

Step 5:

Caulk around windows, door casings, base boards and any others areas deemed necessary. Remove any unwanted nails, hangers, hooks and brackets. Repair holes and spot prime as needed, paying special attention to any water marks or stains.

Step 6:

Apply finish coats as specified.

Step 7:

Touch up as necessary.

Step 8:

Replace switch plate covers and furniture.

Step 9:

Clean up job site and label all touch up paint for customer.

Step 10:

Walk through with customer for final inspection.
