About Mike Orloff

My painting career began in 1966 when my father and grandfather bought a paint store near San Francisco. I worked there after school and on Saturdays, became friendly with all the contractors and began painting for them. Eventually working exclusively for an experienced master painter from Yugoslavia (named Ivan, of course). After attending college at San Francisco State University, I left to follow my first calling, “ the sea”. I attended seamanship school in Florida, and soon found myself working aboard large luxury yachts traveling the world, primarily in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. In 1989, I returned to California and resumed painting some of the finest homes in San Francisco. In 1996, I made Greenville my home.

To assure top quality results, I work closely with my employees sharing the industry’s best practices in painting, staining, preparation and cleanup. Mike Orloff Painting is licensed and bonded, carries a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy and provides workers compensation insurance for all its employees. If asked, people will say I’m reliable – if I say I’ll be there, I will. Residential, commercial, new construction, remodels, interiors and exteriors: we do it all. We are committed to producing an exceptional finished product.
